I just read some research today that stated that what everyone tells Christina is complete bunk.
The likelihood of her having fraternal twins is actually higher than most:
“You, your mother, or her mother's mother is a fraternal twin.
These women may carry a gene for hyperovulation, which means they release more than one egg during
an ovulation cycle, increasing their ability to conceive fraternal twins.
The chances may be high as 1 in 17 if the mother is a fraternal twin herself.”
With the history of twins on both sides of our families it seemed more possible to me, but I certainly didn’t expect it to happen, and keep in mind since it is due to 2 eggs it has nothing to do with me, after all I didn’t give just 2 sperm I gave millions.
So there ya have it, we were more likely to have this happen; still it is certainly a surprise, a pleasant one, but a surprise nonetheless.
Well till next time, take care all.
